We are in week 7/8 (depending on when you start counting) of Covid-19 self isolating/Stay in Place/Quaratine orders.

Some days it feels like 7 years and some days it doesn’t. Every day we thank our lucky stars that we, our family and our friends are healthy. And we acknowledge all the people out there helping to take care of our world. We’ve quickly realized how interconnected we all are, give that a moment if you haven’t. Are You Ready to Grown Your Real Estate Investments?

Posted by Meg Stewart on October 7, 2019 at 1:35 PM Comments comments ()

I read this acticle last week about whether real estate is still a good investment. If you ask me I always say yes! Of course, i sell real estate and don't forget, we also own a home here. We have bought and sold 18  properties in Provincetown in the last 18 years! Wow, I just added that up, that's a lot! I digress, so yes I always have felt that real estate was a good investment and so do the millionaires quoted in the following article.

Finding the Right Broker

Posted by Meg Stewart on March 13, 2019 at 3:40 PM Comments comments ()

People ask me if it a buyer or a seller’s market. I think it is both. Our market is quite strong right now. Properties that are priced correctly and are in good/great condition sell quickly and within 5-10% of the asking price. I think the Buyers in our market are smart, educated consumers. Happy 2019 Friends!

Provincetown continues to make it into the news. Here are a few that we particularly liked.

Curve Magazine really captures the majic of Provincetown in the Winter. Like we always say, there is no "in season" and "off season." Every season has it's charms. Here's what Kelsey Chauvin has to say:

Hello 2018

Posted by Meg Stewart on February 6, 2018 at 4:55 PM Comments comments ()

We are beginning our fifth year and it’s going to be a good one! I can feel it! 2017 was our best year yet and all indications are the energy and momentum of the Provincetown real estate market will carry on into the 2018.

Blue Bay Real Estate represents both Buyers and Sellers and in all price ranges. 2017 proved that to the extreme: BBRE represented the buyers in their purchase of the most expensive condo on the market and we represented the seller of one of the least expens...
