People ask me if it a buyer or a seller’s market. I think it is both. Our market is quite strong right now. Properties that are priced correctly and are in good/great condition sell quickly and within 5-10% of the asking price. I think the Buyers in our market are smart, educated consumers. They get alerts when something new comes on the market, they speak with their agent, they follow properties they like.

I found this great article awhile back about how to find the best real estate agent for you. I think this is a great time to share it. My advice to new clients, both Buyers and Sellers, is the same. We are beginning our fifth year and it’s going to be a good one! I can feel it! 2017 was our best year yet and all indications are the energy and momentum of the Provincetown real estate market will carry on into the 2018.
