Finding the Right Broker

People ask me if it a buyer or a seller’s market. I think it is both. Our market is quite strong right now. Properties that are priced correctly and are in good/great condition sell quickly and within 5-10% of the asking price. I think the Buyers in our market are smart, educated consumers. They get alerts when something new comes on the market, they speak with their agent, they follow properties they like.

I found this great article awhile back about how to find the best real estate agent for you. I think this is a great time to share it. My advice to new clients, both Buyers and Sellers, is the same. Work with some one you like, trust and with whom you connect. Real estate is a big investment and it is intensely personal. Read this article and then call us. We are here to help.

Hi Friends,

If you are like us, you have a lot going on in your world. So in case you missed it, here is a very interesting article about national interest rates actually falling! We've been hearing a lot in the press about the Fed raising rates, well here's an indication of some good news. Lower rates may mean that you can afford to buy a new home, or that you can afford to spend more on the home you have already picked out.

Please contact us with your wish list and let us help you find the home of your dreams.

Here is the article from BankRate:

A New Year...again!

Happy 2019 Friends!

Provincetown continues to make it into the news. Here are a few that we particularly liked.

Curve Magazine really captures the majic of Provincetown in the Winter. Like we always say, there is no "in season" and "off season." Every season has it's charms. Here's what Kelsey Chauvin has to say:

In January, The Travel Channel wrote about the top gay beach travel destinations and we made the cut! We are one of many fun places. How many have you been to visit?

Hello 2018

We are beginning our fifth year and it’s going to be a good one! I can feel it! 2017 was our best year yet and all indications are the energy and momentum of the Provincetown real estate market will carry on into the 2018.

Blue Bay Real Estate represents both Buyers and Sellers and in all price ranges. 2017 proved that to the extreme: BBRE represented the buyers in their purchase of the most expensive condo on the market and we represented the seller of one of the least expensive condos on the market. We have a great team and we’re looking forward to more people entering the market and those already in it to be trade up!

If you need assistance call or email one of us, we’d be happy to help.

We are excited to report that BBRE is expanding! Brad West, Rob O'Donnell and Lennie Alickman have joined our team and are ready to start new chapters in their lives. We are super happy to have them working with us. Each of them has owned vacation homes in Provincetown before moving here full time. They bring new energy, diverse experience and a unique perspective to our group. Go to our website to read more about them or click below to send them a congratulatory email.

We are a small office and our boutique approach recorded big sales in 2015; we expect 2016 will be even bigger!

Stay tuned for more news as we move toward the spring time. And please remember we are here year round to help you with your Outer Cape Real Estate needs.

Cheers everyone,

Meg, Maureen and Lennie

Thank you David Cox of Provincetown MA for allowing me to use the video you shot this summer. It touched my heart and shows how wonderful Provincetown is.
