Happy 2019 Friends!

Provincetown continues to make it into the news. Here are a few that we particularly liked.

We are beginning our fifth year and it’s going to be a good one! I can feel it! 2017 was our best year yet and all indications are the energy and momentum of the Provincetown real estate market will carry on into the 2018.

Blue Bay Real Estate represents both Buyers and Sellers and in all price ranges. 2017 proved that to the extreme: BBRE represented the buyers in their purchase of the most expensive condo on the market and we represented the seller of one of the least expensive condos on the market. We have a great team and we’re looking forward to more people entering the market and those already in it to be trade up!

We are excited to report that BBRE is expanding! Brad West, Rob O'Donnell and Lennie Alickman have joined our team and are ready to start new chapters in their lives. We are super happy to have them working with us. Each of them has owned vacation homes in Provincetown before moving here full time.
