Rob - and his schnauzer Lucy - made the decision to leave Wall Street for Commercial Street in 2012.  Having grown up in the Philadelphia area and attending schools in California and Montana, Rob had wanderlust from an early age and was fortunate to have a career that allowed him to live all over the world. Beginning with his discovery of Provincetown in the mid 90's, Rob spent part of each summer here before finally purchasing in the West End about 7 years ago.

Since arriving full time, Rob became a Trustee of his homeowner's association and has taken a "hands on" approach overseeing the property's physical and financial management. This approach has allowed him to marry his interest in real estate/design with his background as a Certified Public Accountant. He has also overseen property restorations, including his own, that has allowed him to develop relationships with many local tradespeople.

Rob, and Lucy, are supporters of the Provincetown Dog Park and can often be seen there or on one of the forest trails with their pack of dog walking buddies. He also looks forward to the weeky pot-luck dinners in the winter where he attempts to practice his culinary skills.
